A new look after extensive renovations called for a new menu and expanded list of café favorites. With a media launch party out of the way, private small group tastings was the order that stretched over 4 months and many dishes of Fried Chicken with Waffles, Ju’s Prawn Pasta, Duck Confit, Eggs Ben and more. No less than a dozen different cakes were on offer each day culled from a constellation of over 40 fabulous bakes like the Red Velvet and Bitter Marmalade to the Pam DÓr and The Jacintha. Media coverage peaked with a commissioned cake for the cover of Today’s National Day issue and reviews in Business Time and Lianhe Zaobao.
