Engaged by the new business owner, we relaunched the 4-year old restaurant in its new premises at POMO. The fresh new space maintained the ambience of a private club with its posh and plush setting and a revamped Modern European menu with changes every season. Strategies to put these in place were well placed in the right media with fine dining and impeccable service at sensible and affordable pricing. Signature dishes included Wagyu Beef served on Hoba leaf and hot stone; Oysters in 3 Ways, Georges Bay Scallops, Charred Octopus and Pistachio-ed Lamb Shank.
